Hadhrat Abuzar Ghifari (May Allah be well pleased with him) says that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said: If a person spreads something about a Muslim without a valid reason to find fault with him, then on the Day of Judgment, Allah will make him suffer for it in hell.
